Furnished and equipped mezzanine pavilion for 4 people with private terrace and garden furniture. Secure swimming pool and paddling pool open seasonally, private parking.
Residence in a quiet green setting and close to shops and the beach, this small pavilion is composed of a main room with sofa, television and equipped kitchen area: hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.
The living room leads to a cabin with 2 bunk beds as well as a mezzanine with a bed for 2 people, skylight and storage.
Shower room with shower, washing machine and toilet.
Enjoy the terrace with a barbecue (charcoal) as well as a plancha!
The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 900 m from the shops and 900 m from the sea. It has a 15m x 8m swimming pool with a depth of 95 to 140 cm. It is open from the beginning of July to the end of August.
Shops, grocery stores and restaurants are located 900 m away.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).
