Furnished and equipped apartment for 5 people, 180° sea view, secure swimming pool open in season and private parking. WIFI
Quiet residence close to shops and the beach, the apartment is composed of a main room with sofa, television, a dining area with a magnificent sea view, a kitchen area equipped: ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, filter coffee maker, washing machine.
A bathroom with a separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a single mezzanine bed, and a cabin with a double bed. A private, numbered parking space.
The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, approximately 900 m from shops, stores, the market, restaurants, the funfair and the sea. It has a pétanque court and a shared swimming pool open in high season from mid-June to mid-September, it has lifeguard supervision only in July and August.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).

Keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
Saint Pierre La Mer is a resort where you will find shops and restaurants, a large number of activities!
The resort's main attraction remains its vast 5 km of fine sandy beach, cut in two by the Roc de la Batterie. On one side, the beach extends to the Pissevaches pond, and on the other to the "Brossolette" port of Narbonne-Plage.
This beach is supervised 7 days a week from mid-June to mid-September. It is equipped with showers and is lively during the season.
Your stay will be punctuated by numerous festive events: fireworks, concerts, local markets. Every evening you will have the choice between a night craft market along the seafront or an impressive funfair: carousel and little horses for the little ones, thrill rides for the older ones, in a family atmosphere with the smells of crepe and candy floss!
To visit:
Gouffre de l'Œil Doux: a large hole filled with fresh water located in the middle of the scrubland.
Pissevaches Pond: A large pond where kitesurfing, sailing, and other water sports are practiced. The pond is located about a hundred meters from the sea.
Domaine de L'Oustalet: a small farm with an equestrian center located on the road from Saint-Pierre to the Cabanes de Fleury. Horse and pony rides are available.
The Roc de la Batterie: a large block of rocks that bisects Saint-Pierre beach. It's located just behind the tourist office. This is where people come to fish.
Brossolette Harbour: This marina marks the boundary between Saint-Pierre and Narbonne-Plage. Vacationers park their boats here. A little further along the estuary, you can fish in a small pond.
