Charming apartment located just steps from the beach. Parking. Seasonal swimming pool and tennis court. 2-star rating.
Apartment on the 2nd floor, in a residence 1 km from the beach, with shared swimming pool and tennis court.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, microwave, washing machine, filter coffee maker. It has a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. You have a bathroom with toilet in the apartment.
You can also enjoy an outdoor balcony terrace and a private parking space.

The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 1 km from the sea. The shared swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 30.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).
