As you enter the building, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer ensures you have all the independence you need for a peaceful stay. A few steps higher, the apartment opens onto an elegant and functional floor. Discover a spacious living room bathed in light. Settle into the cosy living room with its comfortable sofas, welcoming armchairs, large television and coffee table, perfect for relaxing. The room flows harmoniously into a majestic dining table for 10 guests, ideal for sharing meals and memories, before leading to a chef's kitchen. Fully equipped (oven, microwave, Tassimo and filter coffee machines, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, induction hobs, extractor hood, American fridge), it offers everything you could possibly need to prepare gourmet breakfasts or refined dinners. Also on this level, enjoy a cosy bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and storage space, as well as an elegant bathroom with a large shower and toilet.

Take the staircase to the upper floor, a true haven of peace: three spacious bedrooms with double beds (140x200) await you, including a superb master suite with a double bed and a pull-out bed, perfect for families. There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets near the accommodation at the rates in force in the city. The Vieux Marché underground car park is located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation.

The Vieux-Marché district in Rouen is one of the most iconic and historic areas of the city, with its famous square, the Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc church and the Halles covered market. The neighbourhood is bustling with cafés, brasseries and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, from Norman specialities to international dishes. The terraces of the establishments offer pleasant views of the square and are ideal for relaxing.

The often colourful half-timbered buildings and cobbled streets give the neighbourhood a medieval feel. The historic houses and well-preserved buildings immerse visitors in the history of Rouen. The Place du Vieux-Marché regularly hosts cultural events, markets and festivals, making it a lively and dynamic place throughout the year.

From the Place du Vieux Marché in Rouen, you can get around with ease!

1. Bus: Several bus lines pass near the Place du Vieux Marché.
Lines such as the F2, F3, 6, and 7 can take you to various destinations in Rouen and the surrounding area.

2. Metro: The Palais de Justice metro station is a few minutes' walk from Place du Vieux Marché. You can take the T1 or Appartement line from this station to other parts of the city.

3. Tram: Although the tram does not pass directly through Place du Vieux Marché, you can easily walk to one of the nearest tram stops, such as ‘Palais de Justice’.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and the apartment is located on the ground floor but is accessible via steps and is on two levels. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may have difficulty accessing the apartment.

Arrivals are independent for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the apartment, all our guests receive household linen, essential items for the day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with a kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel change, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes for our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visits, event planning (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
