You will be staying in the city center, on the Place du Vieux Marché, in the heart of Rouen's pedestrian streets, 100m walk from Place de la Pucelle, 200m from the Gros Horloge and the Cathedral, close to the train station and bus networks.
Peacefully located on the bustling Place du Vieux Marché, this apartment has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. Bright and fully equipped, it benefits from secure access. You can easily explore the city on foot and enjoy the best restaurants, food shops, and delicatessens in Rouen, just a few meters away, including the Meilleur Ouvrier de France bakery and pastry shop, which awaits you right outside the apartment.
The apartment is a large apartment that can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.
It is composed as follows:
- A beautiful living room with a fully renovated open kitchen, a dining table, a lounge area with Smart TV and a quality 140x200cm convertible sofa;
- A bedroom equipped with new 140x200cm bedding with a large fitted dressing room;
- A bathroom with bathtub.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linens, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, washing machine and hairdryer. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
NB: The apartment does not have a parking space, but many parking spaces are available nearby (notably the underground parking lot of the Old Market).
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
We will be happy to assist you throughout your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Our accommodation is ideally located for visiting the most beautiful sites in Rouen, just 1.5 hours from Paris. Paid underground parking is located across the street from the apartment.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen, while being less than 2 minutes by car from the main roads.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
