This magnificent 90m² apartment is located on the floor of a building near the famous Place du Vieux Marché in Rouen (Rive Droite).
The accommodation has a fitted and equipped kitchen with a worktop/high bar for convivial dining! You will be able to prepare your meals just like at home! You will find a refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine!
In the two separate bedrooms, you will find double beds (one 140x200 and one 160x200) with bed linen for a good night's sleep!
In the en-suite bathrooms, you will find a washbasin unit and a shower.
A washing machine is also available in the flat. You will also find a vacuum cleaner, clothes horse, hairdryer, ironing board and iron!
The accommodation has fibre optic broadband and a television.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort.
There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation at the rates charged by the city. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which can be reached 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We kindly ask that you take care of the accommodation and respect the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation.

Just a 10-minute walk from Rouen train station, 7 minutes from the Right Bank quays and a 2-minute walk from the famous lively Old Market Square, you can enjoy all the pleasures of life in Rouen: local shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, museums, sports centres and more.
The Vieux-Marché district in Rouen is one of the most iconic and historic areas of the city, with its famous square, the Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc church and its covered market. The district is bustling with numerous cafés, brasseries and restaurants offering a variety of cuisine, ranging from Norman specialities to international dishes. The terraces of these establishments offer pleasant views of the square and are ideal for relaxing.

From Place du Vieux Marché in Rouen, you can get around with ease!
1. Bus: Several bus routes pass near Place du Vieux Marché.
Routes such as the F2, F3, 6, and 7 can take you to various destinations in Rouen and the surrounding area.
2. Metro: The ‘Palais de Justice’ metro station is a few minutes' walk from Place du Vieux Marché. You can take the T1 or Appartement line from this station to other parts of the city.
3. Tram: Although the tram does not pass directly through Place du Vieux Marché, you can easily walk to one of the nearest tram stations, such as "Palais de Justice".

Please note that the building has no a lift and the flat is located on the 1st floor.
Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out must be completed by 11am at the latest.
Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Please treat the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding timetables and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. And if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
