Our apartment is located in the very center of Rouen and more precisely a few steps from the SNCF train station, 10 minutes walk from the famous old market square and 5 minutes from the best shops and restaurants in the city.
Fully renovated and tastefully decorated, our apartment (basement requiring a few steps to access the accommodation) will offer you all the necessary comfort for a wonderful stay in a residence with superb bourgeois architecture. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home!
With a maximum capacity of 2 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- A small outdoor English courtyard to enjoy a good coffee during the rays of sunshine;
- A fitted "American" style kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, etc.);
- A large living room with lounge/dining area, Smart TV (with your login details you can connect to Netflix and Canal+) and work space (small desk);
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.
- Night side: A beautiful bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200 cm, new 06/03/2024) well soundproofed for peaceful nights!
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the proximity to the SNCF train station, the charm and life of Rouen, while being in a peaceful setting.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
The apartment does not have a private parking space. Although finding a parking space in Rouen can be challenging, you will still find free parking spaces a few meters from the apartment (rue de la Bohème).
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying in our apartment, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
We will be happy to accompany our travelers throughout their stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
The accommodation is located in the very center of Rouen, close to the train station and less than 10 minutes on foot from all the main tourist attractions in the city (the Gros Horloge, the Old Market Square, etc.).
You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
