Large modern house in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.
Array
Once through the gate, you cross the garden to reach the house.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with sofa, armchairs and wooden table surrounded by 6 chairs, next to the kitchen is separate.
On the 1st floor there is a large bedroom with a 160cm bed, an office-living room with sofa and on the same landing a bathroom with bathtub, shower and separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one is very large with a 160 cm bed, the other has an 80 cm bed. You will also find a shower room and separate toilet.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and location. Nearby, you'll find a market, food shops, and numerous restaurants. The Seine and the banks are a 5-minute walk away. On the other side of the Seine, you'll have access to Bercy Park and the Saint-Emilion courtyard.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Television, Washing machine, Iron, laptop_friendly_workspace, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The 13th arrondissement of Paris is best known for its Asian quarter, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians, and Laotians gather. The northern part of the arrondissement is more "classic" and is home to important institutions such as the National Library of France and the Olympiades district.
It also has the advantage of being close to the Montparnasse train station, known for being surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
