Array in the heart of the 19th arrondissement, near Parc des Buttes Chaumont, the largest garden in Paris. Accommodating up to six people, this apartment is ideal for a family or group of friends.
Warm and well-appointed, the duplex includes:
- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140X190 and 160X200), each with its own bathroom;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a workspace;
- a tree-lined courtyard;
- and a lounge area with a sofa (convertible and very comfortable 160X200) to relax after a day of walking.
The house is located in a peaceful area of Paris, quiet on a pedestrian street.
It is spacious, bright and comfortable.
Completely renovated, the owner has managed to preserve the authenticity of this building dating from 1920.
