With a generous surface area of 55 m², this rental comprises :

- an 8 m² terrace with small table,
- an open-plan living area with lounge, double sofa bed and dining table,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- bathroom with bathtub, shower room and separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
