The house is ideally located just steps from the "Saint-Sébastien - Froissart" metro station (line 8) and 7 minutes from lines 5 and 9, and you will find numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Several Vélib stations are also less than a 5-minute walk away.
For your daily shopping, you will find a "Carrefour" supermarket just a minute's walk away.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to visit Paris intramural and the must-see places that make the city famous, such as:

The 11th arrondissement of Paris stretches mainly from the Haut-Marais to the Place de la Bastille, Place de la Nation, and Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it's a lively arrondissement, full of bars, restaurants, and theaters, with plenty to experience.
Our neighborhood is particularly lively, overlooking many shopping districts, close to the Gare de Lyon and the Gare d'Austerlitz which draw a continuous flow of travelers to the center.
