The apartment is well-appointed. It's located in a very quiet area outside of the neighboring construction site, but the construction workers are almost finished and the worst of the noise has passed. You'll find a Carrefour Market supermarket in the adjoining building for your everyday needs.

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and lively neighborhood. It provides access to many of Paris's monuments (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, École Militaire), and is also not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citroën). It is very commercial, with its own shopping center, Beaugrenelle, and its streets full of shops, such as Rue du Commerce. It feels good thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
