We are pleased to welcome you to our cozy 21-square-meter apartment, located on the 5th floor (no elevator) in the heart of Paris's 11th arrondissement. This space can accommodate up to 4 people, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families.

For your comfort, the apartment features a real double bed (140x190) and a convertible foam sofa (120x190). Although less traditional, the latter remains a practical solution for short stays.
Enjoy magnificent views of the Sacré-Cœur from this prime location just steps from Place de la Bastille. Arrival is made easy with a self-service check-in system that allows you to settle in at your own pace.

The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. It is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. It is suitable for both leisure and business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a lovely bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room with a convertible foam sofa and a television to relax after a busy day.
During your stay, you'll have access to Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a combination oven and microwave, and an iron. Professional cleaning is provided before and after each stay to ensure impeccable cleanliness.
Nearby, you'll find numerous bars, restaurants, shops, and businesses. For your daily groceries, a Monoprix is a 2-minute walk away, and a Franprix is a 7-minute walk away.
You will ideally stay a 9-minute walk from Place de la Bastille, 15 minutes from the Canal Saint-Martin, 13 minutes from Place des Vosges and 16 minutes from the Atelier des Lumières.
