Welcome to our artist’s apartment, a spacious and light filled home in the heart of Paris’s 10th arrondissement, set in a beautiful historic building just moments from the Grands Boulevards. Two tall arched windows, beautifully aged oak parquet flooring, a floor to ceiling bookcase and an eclectic collection of artworks create an atmosphere where every corner tells a story. This is a truly unique home for those who love Paris at its most vibrant, cultural and inspiring.

The main living room is centered around a magnificent wall of books stretching all the way to the ceiling, beautifully complemented by framed artworks, personal treasures and a striking Patti Smith poster. A black leather club sofa, an elegant Art Deco side table and a pair of antique black lacquered wooden armchairs, hand painted with delicate flowers and birds, create a distinctive and characterful setting. A softly textured light colored rug brings warmth to the room, while white sheer curtains and rich green velvet drapes frame the large windows and allow the natural Parisian light to gently fill the space throughout the day.

At the opposite end of the room, a second and more intimate sitting area offers a cosy retreat. A deep grey sofa, a curved wooden side table and a red armchair draped with a soft throw sit beneath a collection of pop art portraits and a large figurative painting, giving the space the atmosphere of a private artist’s studio. In the evening, both sofas unfold into comfortable double beds, dressed in crisp white hotel quality linens, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to three guests.

Between the two windows, a black desk with a red tabletop creates a bright and inspiring workspace, complete with a printer and wall mounted television. It is an ideal spot for working remotely for a few hours before heading out to discover the city. Large white sliding doors conceal generous storage space with a wardrobe, shelving and a washing machine, making it easy to settle in and feel at home, even during a longer stay.

The kitchen immediately catches the eye with its colorful checkerboard tiled backsplash and elegant white cabinetry. Fully equipped for everyday living, it includes a cooktop, oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and capsule coffee machine, providing everything you need to prepare a leisurely breakfast, a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner at home.

The bathroom continues the apartment’s playful use of color from floor to ceiling. It features a bathtub with shower, a wall mounted washbasin and a large mirror. The toilet is separate and includes its own hand basin, while shelves filled with books and films add a personal and charming touch.

The apartment is located in one of the Right Bank’s most lively and appealing neighborhoods, between the Grands Boulevards and Faubourg Saint Denis. The surrounding streets offer an exceptional sn of Parisian addresses, from the beautiful Art Nouveau interiors of Bouillon Julien to the legendary Bouillon Chartier. Passage Brady is nearby for its Indian cuisine, while numerous wine bars, intimate restaurants and bistronomy spots bring the neighborhood to life throughout the day and into the evening. New Morning, one of Paris’s legendary jazz clubs, is just a few streets away. The Grand Rex and Folies Bergère are also close by, while Galeries Lafayette, the Opéra Garnier and Canal Saint Martin can all be reached on foot.

The apartment is exceptionally well connected to the rest of Paris. Poissonnière station on Line 7 is just moments away and provides direct access to the Opéra, the Louvre and Châtelet. Bonne Nouvelle on Lines 8 and 9 and Château d’Eau on Line 4 are also within easy walking distance. Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est are approximately fifteen minutes away on foot, offering Eurostar, TGV and RER B services, with the RER B providing a direct connection to Charles de Gaulle Airport. The Champs Élysées, Trocadéro and Saint Germain des Prés are all just a few metro stops away.
