This bright, modern studio features a living room with a functional, fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The studio does not have windows.
You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay:
Nespresso coffee machine (large capsules), kettle, toaster, microwave
Television, iron, hairdryer, washing machine
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay to ensure optimal comfort.
Just 100m from the École Militaire metro station, the accommodation allows you to easily get around Paris. You will be close to the Hôtel des Invalides (4 min walk), the Champ de Mars (10 min), the Eiffel Tower Theatre (12 min) and of course the Eiffel Tower (15 min).
The neighborhood is full of shops, bars, and restaurants. A Carrefour City supermarket is just 140 meters away. A favorite with locals and visitors alike, it combines Parisian charm and practicality.

The 7th arrondissement is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It's home to the Eiffel Tower, one of the world's most famous monuments, as well as numerous administrative buildings and seats of power (the National Assembly, several ministries, embassies, etc.). Finally, it's home to some of the capital's wealthiest people. The Faubourg Saint Germain dates back to the 18th century and still boasts remarkable architecture today.
In addition, it provides easy access to the Latin Quarter (Mabillon, Odéon) as well as the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées, Pont Alexandre 3, etc.
