Located in a sought-after residential area of La Grande Motte, this charming villa welcomes you for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can easily enjoy the beaches and seaside walks, ideal for admiring the region's magnificent sunsets.
Perfect for holidays with family or friends, this spacious villa offers you a pleasant living environment, spread over two floors.
You will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric hob and coffee maker, ideal for preparing your meals with ease before sharing them around a large convivial table. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and internet access for your moments of relaxation. In addition, a veranda facing the pool offers you a peaceful space with a library, perfect for reading, relaxing or simply enjoying the view in a soothing atmosphere.
On the sleeping side, the villa has an air-conditioned bedroom on the ground floor, as well as two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs, providing appreciable comfort during hot summer days. A fourth, non-air-conditioned bedroom on the ground floor completes the sleeping area. Two bathrooms and separate toilets on each level make daily life easier for all occupants.
