It will offer you an ideal setting to discover the large beaches of La Grande-Motte and enjoy beautiful peaceful walks, offering you breathtaking sunsets.
Relax in the beautiful garden or take a dip in the refreshing pool. Outdoor amenities are at your disposal for unforgettable moments, including sun loungers for lounging, a table and chairs for al fresco dining and socializing, a terrace for enjoying the sun, and a charcoal barbecue for memorable barbecues.
Inside, this villa features a spacious living area with three beautiful bedrooms on the ground floor and a fourth upstairs, accompanied by a mezzanine equipped with a sofa bed. A veranda with a pool table, which is bright all year round, adds a sunny touch to the entrance.
The well-equipped kitchen will meet all your needs, with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, Nespresso Magimix coffee machine, classic coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary cooking equipment. You will also have access to a laundry room with a washing machine.
On the ground floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms, one air-conditioned, including a 160cm double bed. The other two non-air-conditioned bedrooms include a 140cm double bed, as well as two 90cm single beds. There is also a shower room and separate toilet, as well as an office area with plenty of storage space. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and air-conditioned mezzanine with a convertible sofa bed.
The living room features a flat-screen TV and internet access for your entertainment. The bright dining room offers a table for four and direct access to the outdoors.
