My strong points: air conditioning throughout the house, 5 minutes from the beaches and 20 minutes from Montpellier, quiet residential area, private secure swimming pool, wooded garden, Wi-Fi, southern exposure,....
Ideal for a family getaway to the sea, this beautiful villa of approximately 165 m², with careful decoration, can accommodate up to 8 people.
It boasts every comfort to ensure a relaxing stay. Set in a contemporary 400m² garden, it features a swimming pool (secured by an electric shutter) with a depth ranging from 1.10m to 1.45m.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals and includes an oven, microwave, coffee maker, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
You'll also have the option to use the barbecue. The spacious dining room can accommodate up to 8 guests. You'll have access to a flat-screen TV and reversible air conditioning.
This villa in a very residential area also has 3 beautiful bedrooms (with 160cm double bed) and a cabin with 2 bunk beds, the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no. 95-949 of August 25, 1995). It has plenty of storage space.
There is also a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs. Separate toilets are available on both levels.
You will of course enjoy the magnificent garden, its swimming pool with its private terrace which is equipped with garden furniture.

Pets are not allowed in this house.
