This pretty, fully air-conditioned pavilion is located in a residence on the heights of Saint-Pierre la Mer, 800 meters from the beach and 1200 meters from the resort center.
Quiet, free on 3 sides and very well equipped, it has a large outdoor terrace with its summer kitchen (barbecue, electric plancha, hotplates, etc.).
The pavilion consists of a fully equipped kitchen area and a living/dining room on the ground floor, opening onto the large terrace. There is a shower room and toilet.
On the floor, two bedrooms with two large 140 cm beds.
At your disposal: a shared swimming pool as well as a tennis court! (pool open from mid-June to mid-September)
Private parking in the residence and possibility of parking a vehicle in the pavilion's small garden.
