It has a spacious terrace, which will be very popular in summer. You will stay close to the Moliets Pond, and 10 minutes by bike from 2 superb beaches.

The house is very comfortable, and you will particularly appreciate its LARGE furnished TERRACE! You can enjoy your meals there in peace on beautiful sunny days.
The accommodation is air-conditioned.
Able to accommodate up to 6 people (8 max, if 2 children in addition), it is composed of two bedrooms (one with a double bed of 160x190 and the other with 2 bunk beds 90x190 and a double bed 200X 200) of an open equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a beautiful living room with a television and convertible sofa (140x200), where you can easily relax.
You'll be staying in a beautiful residence with a shared swimming pool, which is a nice bonus! A mini golf course, for a fee, is available on site.
On the terrace, you'll find a garden shed where you'll find a grill, bicycles, and three children's bodyboards at your disposal. The terrace is very large and includes resin furniture to protect you from the summer sun.
This one is private but adjoins the garden of another holiday home opposite.
You will also have a parking space with the possibility of parking 2 vehicles.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each trip.
The village center is an 8-minute bike ride away, and Moliets' two beaches are a 10-minute bike ride away! There's Chênes Lièges, a quieter, more secluded "green" beach, and Moliets' central beach, with its bars and restaurants nearby: choose according to your mood of the day!
Near the house you will find: restaurants, the adrenaline park (16 minutes on foot), a bicycle rental service...
The Moliets Pond is a 5-minute walk away, where you can go for a walk or fish!
Also visit other interesting places such as: the Courant de Huchet, the Ponton du lac d'azur, the Circuit du pont du Loup, the Dinosaure Parc, and many more...
For your daily shopping, you will find a U Express and Drive 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bike, in the town of Moliets, butcher, bakery, pharmacy and a tobacconist/newsagent.

The accommodation is located in the Golf Océan estate, 10 minutes by bike from a very beautiful beach, that of the "cork oaks", and the cycle path to get there runs along the courses of the Moliets International Golf Course which itself is next to the estate: everything is possible without a car, quietly and serenely. The famous Vélodysée, the large cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye passes not far from here, 5 minutes away and allows you to take beautiful walks through the pine forests, without difficulty.
