This apartment is bright, nicely decorated and well equipped! ⭐
Located on the ground floor facing south, it includes:
- a master bedroom with a 160 X 200 double bed;
- a second bedroom with two single beds 0.90 X 190;
- a bathroom with functional bathtub/shower and WC;
- a fully equipped open kitchen;
- and a living room, a living space to relax after a day of walking, opening onto a covered terrace of 12 m2;
- a dedicated and private parking space outside the Residence;
The Néméa residence also offers on-site, free and open access for all residents:
- an outdoor swimming pool;
- an indoor swimming pool;
- a sauna;
- a gym/fitness room;
- a laundry room with washing machines and dryers (payable);
The terrace is not directly overlooked and is protected from the street and its hustle and bustle by high partitions and climbing plants.
For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: Television, Washing machine, Dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Griddle, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is located in a residence and its shared swimming pools, one outdoor, and the other indoor, for adults and children, are open from the beginning of April until the October holidays inclusive (10-19h). The facilities described above, sauna and gym/fitness room complement your stay advantageously!

- less than 10 minutes walk from the golf course (with 18 holes);
- 5 minutes by car from the largest treetop adventure course in Aquitaine.
The city center, Moliets-bourg, is close to the accommodation (just 10 minutes).

Your accommodation, "25 Terrasse de l'Océan", is located in the Néméa Residence "Les Terrasses de l'Océan", a 5-minute walk from two squares, the Bastide square and the Balise square, lively squares with all amenities, grocery stores, bars and restaurants, and the Moliets Plage surf shop.
The "central" beach of Moliets is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation, with a path leaving the residence that takes you directly there. What luxury!! The residence is nevertheless quiet and your accommodation has the benefit of a covered terrace without direct vis-à-vis! You are also 15 minutes by bike from another very beautiful isolated beach, that of "Chênes Lièges", and the cycle path to get there runs alongside the courses of the Moliets International Golf Course which itself is next to your residence.
Everything is possible without a car, quietly and serenely. The famous Vélodysée, the major cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes nearby, 5 minutes away, and allows you to take beautiful rides through pine forests without difficulty.
The central beach of Moliets, which we mentioned above, offers a livelier atmosphere, with its bars and restaurants, open seasonally. The "Chènes-lièges" beach, the second beach of Moliets, is quieter and more secluded: it's up to you to choose depending on your mood of the day!
At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maa perfectly embodies the oceanic character of the Landes coast.
