This apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and very well-equipped! It is a 3-star ⭐⭐⭐ furnished tourist accommodation.
Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it includes:
- a master bedroom with a king size double bed;
- a second bedroom with two single beds;
- a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds;
- a bathroom with functional bathtub/shower;
- a separate toilet;
- a fully equipped open kitchen;
- and a lounge to relax in after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its lack of vis-à-vis and its view of the pine forest.
For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, griddle, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Your accommodation "Pins Océan" is located in the "Bleu Océan" Residence, a 5-minute walk from two squares, the Bastide and the Balise, lively squares with all amenities, grocery stores, bars and restaurants and the Moliets Plage surf shop.
The "central" beach of Moliets is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation, with a path leaving the residence that takes you directly there. What luxury!! The residence is quiet and your accommodation has the benefit of a covered terrace with no overlooked view of the Landes forest! Another luxury!! You are also 15 minutes by bike from another very beautiful isolated beach, that of the "cork oaks", and the cycle path to get there runs alongside the courses of the Moliets International Golf Course which is itself next to your residence: the parking is limited in number of spaces, hence its nickname of "green" beach: it's up to you to choose according to the mood of the day!
Everything is possible without a car, quietly and serenely. The famous Vélodysée, the major cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes nearby, 5 minutes away, and allows you to take beautiful rides through pine forests without difficulty.
The central beach of Moliets, which we mentioned above, offers a livelier atmosphere, with its bars and restaurants, open seasonally. The "Chènes-lièges" beach, the second beach of Moliets, is quieter and more secluded: it's up to you to choose depending on your mood of the day!
