Welcome to "1740 Marinup", a magnificent new 81 m² apartment located in Moliets-et-Maa, designed to offer you a stay that is both functional and deeply relaxing in the heart of the Landes region.
This ground floor apartment in a new luxury residence built in 2025 is bathed in light and can accommodate up to 6 people in absolute comfort.
Your apartment is composed as follows:
On the "night" side: 3 bedrooms
- The bedroom has a large double bed of 160x200 with storage and wardrobe and it opens onto the covered west-facing terrace and its small garden;
- The second bedroom also offers a spacious double bed of 160x200 and its storage;
- The third bedroom allows you to have two single beds of 90x200, with storage space as well;
The bedding is high quality and new, ensuring a restful sleep, worthy of a great holiday :-)
Regarding "living space":
- a large, warm living room/lounge, ideal for relaxing after your days of exploring, which opens onto a covered west-facing terrace and its small garden;
- an open kitchen and its back kitchen, fully equipped, with everything you need to prepare your meals;
- a large shower room with a washbasin;
- a separate toilet at the entrance to the accommodation;
- an entrance hall with its closet and wardrobe;
Outside, you'll enjoy a south-west facing aspect and a 100 m² landscaped garden with a lawn and a covered terrace for meals in the sun or shade, depending on the time of day. A lockable bike storage area on the terrace allows you to store your sports equipment and/or rental bikes.
Two private parking spaces are at your disposal to park your vehicle safely in front of the residence.
Note: the ground floor terraces and gardens are separated from the residence's parking lots by 1.50m high reed screens and plants in their early stages of growth: tranquility and privacy are preserved.
The two large beaches of Moliets await you for your swimming, surfing sessions or picnics facing the sunset over .
For nature lovers, the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, a veritable little Amazon of the Landes region, offers magical boat trips or hikes within the nature reserve.
Sporting activities are in the spotlight with the famous Moliets Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones, some holes of which border the ocean.
The complex also has 14 tennis courts and numerous surf schools on the beach.
To explore the surroundings, cycle paths crossing the pine forest are directly accessible, cycling remaining the best means of transport to discover the coast.
You can easily explore the region and reach the chic resort of Hossegor, the lively fishing port of Capbreton or the picturesque village of Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains and its saltwater lake in less than 30 minutes.

Your apartment is located in the "Vert Marin" residence, a recent, high-quality development built in 2025, in the heart of Moliets. It comprises three small, single-story buildings in the neo-Landes style. Your building is at the back of the residence, in a quiet location away from the street. All shops are within walking distance: bakery, butcher, newsagent/tobacconist, and supermarket. You are a 10-15 minute bike ride from Moliets' two beautiful beaches, "Chênes Lièges" and "La Centrale," and not far from the international golf courses: everything is easily accessible without a car, at your leisure and in complete tranquility.
The famous Vélodyssée, the great cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes at the foot of the house, and allows you to take beautiful rides through the pine forests, without difficulties and to arrive at the beaches mentioned above.
