Moliets and its national reserve of the Huchet current are 7 km away, as well as its "Adrénaline Parc", the largest treetop adventure course in Aquitaine: fun guaranteed for all! A 38-minute drive away in Dax, you'll find Les Jardins du Soleil park, a perfect spot for a walk in the great outdoors. If you're a museum lover, the Archaeological Crypt is easily accessible, as is Dax's historic center and its pedestrian shopping streets!

A tourist town in the Landes region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Léon is located 6 km from the ocean, 30 minutes from Bayonne, and a 50-minute drive from Biarritz. On its lake, you can enjoy canoeing, paddleboarding, and fishing. Lake Léon is an ideal setting for young children with its fine sandy beach. You can discover the nature reserve that extends to Moliets by navigating the Huchet current in a boat guided by boatmen. The Palue River, which flows into Lake Léon, is also very popular for guided or unguided canoe and kayak trips with a few small eddies, guaranteed fun adrenaline rushes for solo travelers, couples, families, or friends!
In the summer, the market selling local produce from the Landes region is held daily in the village square, a 10-minute walk from the villa. Léon is a lively town with shops open year-round, including a fishmonger, bakeries, butchers, a wine cellar, a cinema, and a cultural center!

The nearest beach is only 6 kilometers away and it is the beautiful authentic beach of "la Lette Blanche" in the commune of Vielle Saint Girons, but you also have the beaches of Moliets, at a similar distance, large and beautiful beaches of fine sand and dune areas, typical of the Landes.
The famous Vélodysée, the great cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes not far from here, 10 minutes away, and allows you to take beautiful rides through the pine forests, without difficulty.
