Located at the foot of the Bassin du Roi, just 300m from the beach, 200m from the town hall, and within walking distance of shops, everything is within easy reach!

Located on the 4th floor of a quiet and secure residence (no elevator – cardio included 🏋️), this bright and private accommodation is designed to accommodate up to 3 people.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle).
- A living room with lounge area and dining area, equipped with a Smart TV.
- A bedroom with a chest of drawers, equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm).
- A bedroom with a quality 90x200cm single bed with dressing room and desk, ideal for teleworking.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer.
- Separate WC.

🚗 Parking space in a private car park shared with the residence (as the spaces are not nominative, we cannot guarantee that there will always be one available).
⚠️ Note: Breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is ready to welcome your culinary creations!
⚠️ Please be respectful: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and withhold all or part of the security deposit.
By staying with us, you will have access to all areas of the accommodation. 🏠
🚘 Parking:
Parking space in a private car park shared with the residence (as the spaces are not designated, we cannot guarantee that there will always be one available).
Parking is also possible on the street:
- Paid from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays).
- Free for electric vehicles in the city.
- Free parking at the beach.
📍 Nearest underground parking: Les Halles (Volcan) – €6.90/12h or €23/week package.

🏠 Located in the city center, in a quiet residence, you will be close to shops, the cruise port, the beach, and the casino. Les Halles (less than 200m away) will delight gourmets, as will the shops located on Rue de Paris, 100m from the accommodation.

Check-in: Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
💡 Practical information:
Arrivals after 8:30 p.m.: €20 supplement.
After 10:30 p.m., no check-in will be possible. Please notify us if you plan to be late.
Valid ID may be requested upon arrival.
