Located in the very center of Le Havre, between the Halles Centrales and the Colombe Niemeyer, our beautiful apartment has been completely refurbished.
You'll be staying on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a Perret building, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Everything has been designed to make you feel right at home! A little paradise for enjoying Le Havre and its surrounding region. In addition to optimal comfort, you'll enjoy breathtaking views. Shops are located right outside the apartment, and the tram is less than 200m away on foot.
Able to accommodate up to 4 travelers, it is composed as follows:
- A fitted American-style kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, etc.
- A living room with a quality convertible sofa (140x200cm) and a UHD TV, with an unobstructed view of the Niemeyer Volcano and the commercial basin
- A beautiful bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed 160x200cm with dressing room and unobstructed view of St Joseph's Church and the central market halls
- A walk-in shower room
- Separate WC.
The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, spacious and well-equipped.
At your disposal: free Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
Public Transport: The nearest tram station is located at City Hall, less than a 5-minute walk away. If you prefer the bus, the nearest stop is just a few meters from the main entrance (lines C2 and 4).
Access by car is very easy and there is a paid parking lot at the foot of the apartment "Parking des Halles".
We will be happy to accompany our travelers throughout their stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
The accommodation is located in the very center of Le Havre, close to the city's main points of interest.
Your travels will be made easier thanks to its proximity to rail and road networks. Just 10 minutes from the train station, this accommodation is ideally located for all your trips in the region (Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat, etc.).
You're also close to all shops and cultural centers. Le Havre beach is just a 10-minute walk away.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
