Looking to immerse yourself in Le Havre's history with all the modern comforts? This apartment, nestled on Saint-François Island, offers a unique experience in a listed 18th-century building.
Completely renovated, it combines vintage furniture and modern amenities, with a nod to the Norman Merchant Navy 🚢. You are a stone's throw from the Bassin du Roi (formerly François 1er), the city center, and less than 5 minutes from the main sites of interest.
The apartment is designed for 2 travelers and is composed as follows:
- A living space with kitchen open to the dining room (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, plenty of storage and utensils).
- A cozy lounge area with fireplace (not in use).
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a new EMMA 2024 mattress.
- An Italian-style bathroom.
- Separate WC.
The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm and lifestyle of Le Havre, while being less than 5 minutes from the main points of interest.
✅ Included in the rental: Bed and bath linen, iron and ironing board, washing machine.
⚠️ Please note: Breakfast is not included.
NB: A travel cot can be provided upon request only. The apartment does not have a parking space, but several parking spaces are available nearby.
⚠️ Please be respectful: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated. In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and withhold all or part of the security deposit.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
We will be happy to accompany our travelers throughout their stay so that they have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
The apartment is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Le Havre: Île Saint-François. You can enjoy the friendly locals, the fishing port, the many restaurants, the art and history museums, and the pre-war remains that stand out from the rest of the city.
Free parking is located a 2-minute walk away at the fishing port.
📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Standard check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
⏳ Need more flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10 p.m. for a supplement of €20 (to be paid via the platform or in cash upon arrival).
- Late check-out possible on request, subject to availability and with supplement.
⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances
- If you arrive after 10:00 PM, we will unfortunately no longer be able to welcome you in person. However, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to find an alternative solution together, if possible.
💡 Practical reminder
- Valid ID may be requested upon arrival.
- An inventory of fixtures and fittings will be carried out before your arrival.
- If additional travelers than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be taken from your deposit.
