An exceptional rental in La Grande Motte, boasting views of the golf course and surrounding vegetation, this spacious and comfortable villa with designer furnishings is the ideal base for exploring La Grande-Motte and its surrounding region with friends or family. Combining a natural setting with modern amenities, the house offers every comfort. The living room features a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and American-style refrigerator. A laundry room is also available.
The house has on the ground floor a separate toilet, a master suite with shower room and toilet, upstairs, a second master suite with twin beds 90 cm and a mezzanine with 2 twin beds 90 cm with solarium as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as toilet, still upstairs, two bedrooms with double beds 160 cm and a bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm. On the landing, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a shower room with toilet. Offering a magnificent view of the swimming pool (secured by two pool alarms), the garden, and the golf course, the terrace is equipped with a shaded dining area, a barbecue, sun loungers, and various outdoor furniture.
Linens and towels are not included in the price, and end-of-stay cleaning is your responsibility. Parking is available. Smoking is permitted outside only. Pets are not allowed.
