This vacation rental in La Grande-Motte is ideal for a family seaside getaway. Enjoy a peaceful stay in our magnificent 180 m² villa, which can accommodate up to 6 people. To ensure a peaceful and relaxing vacation experience, please note that excessive noise is strictly prohibited in this villa. We aim to provide our guests with a calm and serene environment, ideal for relaxing and recharging their batteries. We thank you for your understanding and respect for the tranquility of this property.
It benefits from all the comforts to ensure you have a relaxing stay. Built around the outdoor pool, it has air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. You will miss nothing, you will find all the equipment you could need and more, the villa has a spacious living room (not air-conditioned), an American kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals and has among other things an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a citrus press, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher etc... The spacious dining room is open to the living room facing the pool.
On one side there are 2 bedrooms with 160 and 180 cm beds, each with its own shower room, separate toilet and storage cupboard. On the other side, a master suite with a 180 cm bed, dressing room, separate toilet, and bathroom with shower and bathtub.
You will of course enjoy the outdoor space with the beautiful private swimming pool (approximately 6 x 8), the patio with bioclimatic pergola and the dining area with a large table and plancha.
A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, freezer, and fans is available. Free parking is available right in front of the villa. Access to an electric vehicle charging station is available as an option (see Sogeclub for pricing).

Just steps from the villa, you can enjoy a wide range of water sports, such as wakeboarding, windsurfing, and waterskiing. Less than 5 minutes away, golf enthusiasts can enjoy the golf course with two 18-hole courses and one 6-hole course, where you can enjoy a 20% discount on green fees upon presentation of your rental agreement.
Additionally, you'll find local shops, restaurants, and bars in the harbor area. In the heart of a privileged setting with a relaxing atmosphere, you'll discover an ideal space for a successful vacation. La Grande Motte offers the pleasure of relaxing on the nearby fine sandy beach, or amidst remarkable flora. Within the Petite Camargue, the surprising Languedoc coast and the welcoming hinterland await you.
