About 1 km from the beach and town center with air conditioning.
In a recent residence, come and enjoy this pleasant 3-sided T4 villa with space, quality equipment, 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a panoramic view of the bay of Collioure. The accommodation includes, on the ground floor, a garage with parking space, freezer and washing machine, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower room.
On the 1st floor: living room with sofa, equipped with a flat screen, home cinema, dining room with table for 6 people and 1 small balcony with sea view, spacious terrace, equipped kitchen (4 gas burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge), separate WC, bedroom with double bed and bathroom.
On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, WC.
Air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
