Beaches, shops and town center approximately 600m away.
Very nice F2 apartment equipped for 3-4 people located on the ground floor, with private entrance, air-conditioned with superb view of the hills of Collioure in a quiet area including living room with 1 sofa bed, kitchen area with dishwasher, two electric hobs, washing machine, shower room/wc, bedroom (1 bed 140 + 1 extra bed). Terrace / small garden. Your vehicle will find its place on the private parking (narrow) of the residence.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
