This 95m2 family home is located in Chamonix in the quiet Pèlerins district, and has a large garden and balconies offering magnificent views.
It is perfect for a tourist stay with friends or family and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Perfect for a mountain stay with family or friends, you will particularly appreciate its beautiful garden with a sublime view of the entire Mont Blanc range.
Quiet but only 5/10 minutes by car from Chamonix town center, you will also love its proximity to Lake Gaillands, only 5-10 minutes on foot.
The house is on 3 floors with access to the ground floor or the 1st floor. The accommodation includes:
On the 1st floor:
The living space with a fully equipped and functional kitchen with dining room and a comfortable living room.
You'll also have access to a raclette grill, a fondue set, and a stone grill. Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
Please note that to access the ground floor from the floor there is a fairly steep spiral staircase.
On the 2nd floor:
1 double bedroom with 140 cm bed and a balcony with Mont Blanc view and storage

1 walk-in shower room with toilet and sink
On the ground floor (direct access from the garden):

Lake Gaillands and its climbing site are located a 10-minute walk away.
For a day of family fun and relaxation, the Adventure Park: Accro' Park des Gaillands is also nearby and will delight young and old alike!

Don't miss the Crystal Museum, less than 10 minutes by car from the accommodation or 10 minutes by train (Pélerins station, 5-10 minutes on foot).
To discover the activities not to be missed during your stay, the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc Tourist Office is 5 to 10 minutes away by car.
Many restaurants, bars and shops are located nearby, such as Super U des Pelerins, a 3-minute drive (10-12 minute walk) for your daily shopping needs.

You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley is home to 10 ski areas, and a wide range of activities are available, including snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and dog sledding. Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, accessible by funicular, and the Montenvers Railway, which leads to the Mer de Glace (Sea of Ice). The latter is a 7.5 km long glacier valley. There are many landscapes to discover throughout the year.
