Warm and well-appointed, this chalet is fully equipped and includes:
- A bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed;
- A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet;
- A fully equipped kitchen;
- A living room with a 160 cm sofa bed to relax after a day of walking;
- An equipped terrace and a 400 m² garden;
- And a driveway that can accommodate two to three cars.
You'll have everything you need for a great stay, including: Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, an iron, a barbecue, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a washing machine.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the strong points of this chalet is its location; it is located:
- Peaceful in the heart of nature with an incredible view;
- In the village of Bois au Praz, 5/10 minutes by car from Chamonix;
- 10 minutes walk from the Flégère ski lifts, the starting point for many hikes, including the one leading to Lac Blanc in summer;
- A 2-minute walk from the charming hotel-restaurant La Prairie, which offers delicious crepes and ice cream sundaes in their garden;
- Close to hiking trails;
- Only a 10-minute walk from Les Praz train station if you don't have a car;
- In winter, a shuttle runs near the chalet to take you directly to the foot of the Flégère ski lifts.
For your daily needs, you will find supermarkets in Chamonix (Super U or Carrefour market) or Argentiere (Super U) 8 minutes away by car.
The owner, who lives next door for a few months of the year, will be happy to share his recommendations with you when he is there and if you wish!

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
