- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds: a double bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a mezzanine with a closed bedroom.
- A shower room with WC.
- A fully equipped and functional kitchen.
- A warm lounge to relax in after a day of walking.
- A private terrace with garden to enjoy the outdoors and BBQs in the sun during the summer.
Summer garden equipment is also available in the entrance hall, as well as a table and a barbecue.
For a carefree stay, you will find everything you need: outdoor parking in front of the small chalet (with the possibility of parking 2 cars), Nespresso and filter coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave, television, 200-litre hot water tank, refrigerator, towel dryer, iron, raclette and fondue set, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee

You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
