The chalet has 3 bedrooms, each with 3 double beds (160cm), a mezzanine with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, a bathroom, and 2 shower rooms, as well as several sinks. There's also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a lovely lounge area where you can relax after a day of hiking. Ideal for 6-8 people.
You will have everything you need for a great stay, including: Parking/Garage, Wi-Fi, Dishwasher, Heating, Coffee Machine, Refrigerator, Heating, Stove, Barbecue, and Oven. The fireplace is not functional, so it is not possible to make a fire.
The accommodation also features a large furnished balcony-terrace facing Mont Blanc, where you can enjoy meals with your family and admire the view and surrounding nature. The large garden will be a great addition in both summer and winter.
Hiking trails accessible to all are close to the chalet.
Chamonix Golf Club is less than a 10-minute walk away and Le Paradis des Praz, ideal for children, offers a playground in the heart of nature that will delight young and old alike.
You will be just a 10-minute walk from the cable cars of the Flégère area, which is connected to the Brévent area.
In summer, these cable cars will take you to numerous hikes such as Lac Blanc, offering sublime panoramas of the Mont Blanc range and the Mer de Glace.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
For all reservations validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided, but is available at an additional cost. For all reservations after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
