With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 10 people. Ideal for a family or group of friends wishing to enjoy a peaceful stay close to the center of Chamonix and the ski lifts.

With its 5 bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, including 2 with bathtubs, it can accommodate up to 10 people, ideal for a family or a group of friends.
The rooms:
- 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds 90 x 200 each, which can be joined together to form a double bed if necessary;
- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds 180 x 200 per room;
The master bedroom also has a balcony offering panoramic views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi, as well as a desk.
The other two are also equipped with a desk, perfect for working or studying remotely.
The living room is bright and spacious, with a double-sided fireplace, a comfortable seating area and a TV lounge with Netflix and DVD player.
The fully equipped open kitchen includes a bar kitchen with a Nespresso machine, oven, hob, dishwasher, as well as a fondue and raclette set.
A hairdryer, washing machine, clothes dryer, and iron are available. Additionally, a Bluetooth speaker is provided for listening to music while meals are being prepared.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace with a dining table, sofas and sun loungers, as well as a garden with a barbecue and areas for relaxation.
For your well-being, a 4-person hammam with shower and Bluetooth music system is also available.

The chalet is located in the southern residential area of Les Moussoux, slightly elevated, offering exceptional 180° panoramic views of Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, and the glaciers. The area is quiet and private, ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking, skiing, or other mountain activities. Chamonix town center is a 1 km walk away, the Aiguille du Midi cable car is 1.3 km away, and the Brévent/Plan Praz gondola lifts are just 600 m away. These distances allow easy access to the slopes, trails, and local attractions.
You will also have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train journeys between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
