The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs: fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and extractor hood, so you can prepare your meals with ease.
The spacious living room includes a large dining table that seats up to four, a sofa for added comfort, and a television and air conditioning for relaxing moments. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and toilet.
The house has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, perfect for accommodating families or friends.
Outside, you'll enjoy two terraces: a small courtyard at the front of the house and a large terrace at the back, equipped with an awning and garden furniture for enjoying your meals outdoors or simply relaxing. A pergola will be installed for the summer.
