This 110 m² house, ideally located a stone's throw from the beach, the aquarium, restaurants and entertainment, offers you a practical and pleasant living environment for your vacation.
The ground floor consists of a large, bright living room with sofas and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find three air-conditioned bedrooms and a modern bathroom for maximum comfort. The two large bedrooms are furnished with 160cm beds, wardrobes, and armchairs, providing a pleasant resting space. The third bedroom features a 90cm single bed and a guest bed that, when unfolded, transforms into a large, comfortable double bed.
Outside, there are two terraces: one at the front of 15 m², furnished with a coffee table and chairs, ideal for relaxing, and a large terrace of 35 m² at the rear, not overlooked, perfect for outdoor meals in complete tranquility.
A garden area completes the space, super pleasant for children who want to play or simply to enjoy the sun in the shade of the trees.

For your comfort, we offer optional additional services: household linen is not provided, but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon key collection. Prices: double bed kit at €12.00, single bed kit at €9.00, towel kit (including a large and a small towel) at €8.00.
Your rental security deposit must be paid before your arrival via the "Swikly" link, sent 10 days before your stay. Payment must be made online, and must be made before your arrival (no cash or check payments).

Please note that this house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
Keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season. Tourist tax is an additional charge.
