This modernly renovated, ideal home for enjoying a vacation with family or friends. The front yard features a private parking space inside, allowing you to safely park your vehicle.
Plus, Wi-Fi is included to stay connected during your stay.
On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room with a TV area and dining area, direct access to a spacious terrace at the rear of the house with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. A bedroom and its shower room on the ground floor and toilet.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm) and a baby bed, with storage, cupboards and access to the two terraces. Also upstairs, there is a second bathroom with a separate toilet.
Enjoy a guaranteed vacation where everything is within walking distance: entertainment, shops, restaurants and the beach are all right on your doorstep!
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).
