Recently renovated, this beautiful apartment boasts an ideal location in the heart of Caen and is perfect for your business trips or a family stay.
Able to accommodate up to 4 travelers, it is composed as follows:
- a beautiful living/dining room with dining area, a Smart TV and a very good Wi-Fi connection;
- a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, and all the equipment needed to cook delicious meals);
- 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds (160x200cm) and dressing rooms;
- 1 bathroom with bathtub + washing machine.
Available to you free of charge: Bed and bath linen, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee for your morning, iron and ironing board and washing machine.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. Several private (and paid) parking lots are located near the accommodation.
Please note: facade renovation work is underway (kitchen, bedrooms, and loggia). We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Please note that this only applies to weekday reservations, Monday to Friday.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Caen. Here, you'll find numerous gourmet restaurants, shops of all kinds, and easy access to public transportation (tram and bus).
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
