Recently tastefully renovated, this luxury apartment is located in a listed building dating from the end of the 19th century and can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
It is the ideal place for a stay with family, friends or even for business.
It is composed as follows:
- a beautiful living room area opening onto the kitchen/dining room. It is equipped with a high table that can seat 4 people and a UHD television.
- a kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the equipment necessary to cook delicious meals.
- 2 bedrooms equipped with high-end bedding (one bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, the second with a 140x200cm bed).
- 1 bathroom with traditional/designer bathtub.
- 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The accommodation is located a stone's throw from the Abbaye-aux-Hommes, the town hall and the famous Place St Sauveur.
Free of charge: Bed and bath linen, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee (for your arrival), iron and ironing board, and washing machine. A travel cot can be provided (on request only).
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The apartment is ideally located on a quiet street in the heart of Caen's historic center. Here, you'll find numerous gourmet restaurants, shops of all kinds, and easy access to public transportation (tram and bus).
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
