The apartment is a superb 2-room apartment of 50m² with exposed beams, fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers.
It is composed as follows:
- a beautiful living/dining room area equipped with a fireplace (not in use) and a UHD television.
- a fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senséo coffee machine, and all the equipment necessary to cook delicious meals.
- 1 bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed 160x200cm.
- 1 Italian-style shower room with washer-dryer.
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) in a charming residence typical of Caen.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Caen's hypercentre, in the renowned St Sauveur district. Just a short walk away, you'll find numerous gourmet restaurants, food shops, bookstores, and more.
The apartment is located less than 5 minutes walk from the tram, providing easy access to the SNCF train station and the various districts of Caen.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
