Ideally located between the Grand Théâtre, the beginning of Rue Sainte-Catherine, and the Golden Triangle, it immerses you in a neighborhood that is both lively and peaceful, emblematic of the Bordeaux spirit. The large bay windows provide exceptional light, highlighting the Bordeaux stonework and tastefully chosen decor, for a total immersion in the city.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four people, thanks to a sleeping area featuring a large 180cm x 200cm bed and a two-seater sofa bed. Every element has been designed with your comfort in mind.
The modern and functional kitchen includes a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and everything you need to prepare your meals. The bathroom features an elegant walk-in shower, a wood and granite sink, and a wall-mounted toilet, combining comfort and design.
To complete your experience, the apartment is equipped with a television, Wi-Fi, and a small desk, not to mention air conditioning. Optionally, enjoy breakfast delivered directly to your door and our crib and high chair rental service for younger guests.

EQUIPMENT
A tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes horse are available for self-service use in a common area.
CAUTION
A €500 bank imprint will be required as part of the rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your credit card usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €6.24.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS
One of our concierges will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., however, later check-ins are possible upon request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour.
BREAKFAST
We offer a breakfast delivery service during your stay. Menus, details, and prices will be available in the apartment, and you can also contact your concierge for more information.
MOVE
From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram A from Aéroport Mérignac station to Place du Palais station and walk for 11 minutes.
From Saint Jean Station:
Take tram line C or D from Saint Jean station to the Place de la Bourse stop and walk for 4 minutes.
To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
The “Bourse - Jean Jaurès” public car park is located 500 m from the apartment.
The price for parking is €22 per day.
