From Saint Jean station:
Take tram C or D to Quinconces, then walk 100 m to the apartment.
The apartment has access to the Bourse Jean Jaurès public parking lot, located 200m from the property. This access is included in the rental price and is not subject to any additional fees.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
A chic, attractive and harmonious district with its elegant buildings, luxury boutiques, performance halls and some of the best restaurants in Bordeaux.
On one side, the district is bordered by Cours de l'Intendance, Cours Georges-Clémenceau, and Cours Xavier-Arnozan, the famous golden triangle with a magnificent view of Place de la Comédie, Place Tourny, Place des Quinconces, and the Grand Théâtre.
