The apartment's modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, and stovetop, providing everything you need to prepare and share delicious meals just like at home. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with an integrated toilet, and a separate toilet.
We pay special attention to welcoming our guests with personalized concierge service and a made-to-order breakfast option for a worry-free stay. A baby cot is also available free of charge (sheets not provided), ideal for young families.

A baby cot can be provided for €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair.
A €350 bank imprint will be required as part of your rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your bank card's usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €4.45.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., however, later check-ins are possible upon request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour.
From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram A or bus 1 from the Mérignac airport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop, then take bus 15 or 4 from the Galerie des Beaux Arts stop to the Jardin Public stop.
From Saint Jean Station:
Take tram C from the Gare Saint Jean stop to the Jardin Public stop and walk for 5 minutes.
To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have parking, the public parking "Cité Mondiale" is located 10 minutes from the apartment.
The price for parking is €19 for the day.
