Welcome to OCEAN VIEW, a magnificent luxury apartment with one of the most beautiful sea views in the area. A spacious apartment designed for four people, perfectly combining comfort and modernity.
As soon as you cross the threshold, you will be enveloped by a warm and bright atmosphere. Upon entering the living area, you will be amazed by the stunning view of the Iroise Sea and the Phare du Four lighthouse. You will discover a spacious and open living space: the modern, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, creating an ideal place to relax and gather. A French window opens onto a terrace, where you can fully enjoy the outdoors and its unobstructed sea view.
The apartment also has two carefully appointed bedrooms, offering each guest a quiet resting space. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 twin beds, allowing you to have 2 single beds (80x200) or a double bed (160x200) in each room. A well-appointed bathroom and separate toilets complete this space for your utmost comfort.
Located in a former school completely renovated in 2024, the OCEAN VIEW apartment is on the 2nd floor with a lift. The residence is close to all amenities and the nearest beach is less than 400m away.

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children, you will also find nearby: the Récré des 3 Curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
