Welcome to OCEAN VIEW, a splendid high-end apartment with one of the most beautiful sea views in the area. A spacious apartment, designed for four people, perfectly combining comfort and modernity.
As soon as you cross the threshold, you will be enveloped by a welcoming and bright atmosphere. Upon entering the living area, you will be amazed by the splendid view of the Iroise Sea and the Four lighthouse. You will discover a spacious and open living space: the modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, creating an ideal place to relax and gather. A French window opens onto a terrace, where you can fully enjoy the outdoors and its completely unobstructed sea view.
The apartment also has two carefully designed bedrooms, offering each person a quiet resting space. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 twin beds, allowing you to have either 2 single beds of 80x200 or a double bed of 160x200 in each room. A well-appointed bathroom and separate toilets complete this space for your greatest comfort.
Located in a former school completely renovated in 2024, the OCEAN VIEW apartment is on the 2nd floor with a lift. The residence is close to all amenities and the nearest beach is less than 400m away.
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the accommodation works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!
