Welcome to TY FOUR, a charming 2-room apartment offering a lovely view of the ocean from its terrace. Located in a recent (2024) residence, this cosy and carefully decorated apartment is ideal for a stay near the ocean.
Upon your arrival, be seduced by the bright living room that combines a living room, a dining room and an open kitchen. This convivial living space is perfect for sharing moments with family or friends. The living room sofa is convertible, allowing to accommodate up to 4 travellers.
The apartment also includes a comfortable bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) for restful nights, as well as a functional bathroom with shower and toilet.
Enjoy the terrace for relaxing moments with a splendid view of the ocean, ideal for having your breakfast or sipping a drink while admiring the sunset!
The GR34 hiking trail is nearby. A grocery store and a bakery are a few minutes' walk away, and a beautiful sandy beach is accessible less than 400 metres from the residence.

For art lovers, several must-see places are also nearby, such as La Passerelle in Brest or the Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau.
