As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the bright living room with its open-plan kitchen, offering a modern, friendly living space. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, where you can savour moments of relaxation with its uninterrupted view of the sea and the Four lighthouse.
The flat also features a functional bathroom with shower and WC. In terms of sleeping arrangements, the flat has a comfortable bedroom with a 160x200 Queen-size bed, and the sofa in the living room converts to sleep up to 4 people.
The flat offers the ideal setting for a rejuvenating holiday, combining comfort, modern facilities and ocean views. The GR 34 hiking trail passes right in front of the residence and all amenities are close by, including a mini-market and bakery. A beautiful sandy beach is less than 400m from the flat, within walking distance.

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist attractions in the Pays des Abers and Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in BrestFor children (and older ones!) you'll also find nearby the amusement park "La récré des 3 curés" or Océanopolis, one of Europe's largest aquariums.
