Welcome to \'TY COAT\'! This wooden house, combining modernity and natural charm, offers an atypical outdoor space. Enjoy the Nordic bath, or the heated pool, hidden under a sliding wooden terrace for a unique experience. The beach, located 5 minutes\' walk away, is a considerable asset for your holidays!
Inside, this large house offers you 5 bedrooms, including 2 on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with double beds of 160x200, two of these rooms open onto an outdoor terrace with a view of the garden. You will also find a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and an office equipped with a sofa bed overlooking a covered private terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the Aber Benoit!
On the ground floor, you will find the 2 other bedrooms with double beds of 160x200, including a master suite with a bathtub, offering an intimate and comfortable space. The large living room, with its central fireplace and open kitchen, promotes an ideal sense of space for convivial moments with family or friends.
Outside, you can enjoy a very large 180m² wooden terrace and a garden of over 1000m². Under this spacious wooden terrace, you just have to slide part of the terrace to discover a magnificent 7x3m heated pool at 28 degrees from early May to late September (depending on weather conditions). You can also enjoy the Nordic bath to relax, it is a wood-heated jacuzzi without bubbles.
