Its proximity to major communication routes (A20, A89 interchange) is a real asset.
This semi-detached cottage, completely renovated, is composed of: on the ground floor, a laundry room and a separate toilet with private terrace access. Upstairs, a beautiful living room with a well-appointed and equipped lounge/kitchen, a sofa bed, 2 beautiful bedrooms with a 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds, a shower room with toilet.
